Lucy and her husband

My husband and I met at work and got married in Hawaii in 2016. We started TTC in 2018 when I finally got my period back after Depo Provera took it away for a few years (a hormone used for contraception).

I have always had bad pain in and outside of my period, but growing up was always dismissed by doctors and told I had a low pain threshold. Fast forward to a couple of years of TTC was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. My husband was then diagnosed with high DNA fragmentation last year after a failed IVF round.

We are now preparing for IVF round 2 next month. This round will be a freeze all round due to the high protocol and dual trigger to help hopefully result in fertilised eggs and even better embryos.
